Mike Spallone

Mike Spallone is the owner and founder of Fence Central, established in 2009. Before launching the company, Mike built a strong foundation in the hotel and hospitality industry, starting at age 16 as a valet and bellman. His career took him from the front lines of customer service to managing third party valet and luggage service operations for 19 hotels and resorts at the world’s largest and most well-known theme park.

That experience shaped Mike’s core belief: customer satisfaction is everything. He carried that philosophy into the fencing industry, where he saw a need for professionalism, dependability, and a true customer-first approach. With that vision, Fence Central was born.

Mike met his wife, Sara, during his time in hospitality, and the two have been married for 14 years. Today, they work side by side, with Sara playing a key role in the company as the head of marketing. Together, they’ve built not only a business but a family legacy.

When not at work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing guitar, and following his favorite sports teams. His leadership and passion continue to drive Fence Central forward every day.
