Clermont Fence Installation; Don’t Miss Out On This Offer

It’s hurricane season in Central Florida, fences are typically the casualty in high winds and intense storms. But the t eam at Fence Central will help you determine the best fence for your needs. As well as, one that will have the best chances of stay standing during a hurricane. Vinyl Fencing One of the biggest benefits of vinyl fencing is that they don’t succumb to environmental elements. They can hold up to Central Florida’s intense heat, wind, humidity, and torrential downpours. The vinyl fences at Fence Central are U.V. protected and backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty that covers cracking, peeling, and flaking. Vinyl fences are designed to withstand Florida’s strong winds, thunderstorms, and even hurricanes. A vinyl fence that is properly installed and supported, should easily withstand 100 mph winds. Other materials can become projectiles during strong winds, causing major damage and serious injury Wood Fencing To ensure your wood fence is still standing after a strong storm or hurricane, it needs to be built with the highest standards. Using the wrong or less quality wood may be less expensive, but they also won’t hold up to hurricane strength winds. At Fence Central ,we use the highest rated 2×4 premium pressure treated rails that have less knots in them than standard pressure treated 2×4’s. Our pickets are 5-1/2” x 5/8” dog-eared, pressure-treated pine rather than the standard 4”x1/2” pickets. There is a lot more to a fence than the beautiful pickets and posts. The post underneath the ground serves as an anchor, protecting the fence from excessive moisture, storms and high winds. All of our posts are set in concrete and our gate posts are 6”x6”x10’ and are set 4’ in ground with 180lbs of concrete. To ensure your new wood fence will be standing for decades and look great, we use tan decking screws rather than nails to secure our premium rails to the posts. This process is a little more time consuming, but it will make your fence much stronger for years to come. All of our pickets are installed one at a time on the rails using ring shank galvanized nails that will deter rust and prevent the pickets from coming loose. When you compare this to big box stores, the quality and installation are often compromised because the general contractors that are used are typically not specifically trained for fences. They also tend to use pre-assembled fence panels, which are not as secure and well built as custom fences. Save time and money on your next fencing project by contacting Fence Central.
